Structural Design Foundation
A twelve-week studio and calculation programme for learners ready to size members, read drawings, and present a small building frame with confidence.
From £2,450 per place · 12 weeks, two evenings and one Saturday studio per week
Site Surveying Workshop
Four intensive days with total stations, levelling, and setting-out drills on our practice yard and a supervised live site exercise.
£890 per place · 4 consecutive days, 09:00–16:30
Materials Testing Lab
Learn concrete cube procedures, aggregate grading, and soil classification in a working teaching laboratory with documented test sheets.
£720 per place · 5 half-days across two weeks
Highways & Drainage CPD
A focused week on carriageway cross-sections, gully design basics, and coordination with utilities on suburban schemes.

Flood Resilience Seminars
Evening seminar series on SuDS principles, flood risk language for planners, and practical drainage detailing for small developments.
